We're looking for a skilled Settlement Supervisor to join our Settlement Operations team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team to achieve operational results and meet targets
  • Handling escalated issues and advising/coaching team members on new policies and procedures
  • Representing the function in settlement operations projects/initiatives and liaising with other departments

You'll need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Payment, Accounts Receivable, or similar sectors
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Fluency in English
