The Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst 2 is responsible for participating in procurement activities such as defining the need for goods and services, negotiating price contracts, and authorizing payment for goods and services in coordination with the Corporate Services team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with deliverables related to global data and information analytics strategy, and plan for procurement services
- Assist in the execution of financial, business information, and analytics strategy, as well as tracking of savings for targeted programs
- Report spend analytics, operational/performance metrics, cost analytics, save tracking and reporting, benchmarking, category market intelligence, cost modeling, metrics, reporting, forecasting
- Provide commodity sourcing analysis and assistance, provide analytical and organizational support to saves, spend, and opportunity analytics
- Generate metrics on spend by region, business, and category, and identify and maintain spend baselines
- Prepare bid packages, eAuction events, and formal request process replies, develop reports and graphs/charts to illustrate saves or spending
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience related to Supply Chain
- Advanced English level
- Experience working with large amounts of data for reporting purposes
- Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
- Working knowledge of supply chain management, procurement management, and strategic sourcing
- Ability to manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
