Synergistic Concurrency Expert

A high-performing engineer and leader is sought to join the MPE TLO Concurrent Test team, driving a paradigm shift in manufacturing test through true concurrency. The team will collaborate with the CTT Core Team developers, MPE product teams, and DFT teams to develop an in-depth understanding of various test content types, possible mixes, and supporting those with MPE product teams.

• Designing concurrent test solutions involved in methodologies and tools/SW development covering both test content and test program aspects.
• Guiding sort and class teams with concurrent test enabling, bringing major test time savings for Intel products.
• Partnering with the DFT team to ensure concurrency is fully supported and defining new methods for the future.
• Making concurrency mixes POR in the test program.
• Working with module and test program teams to satisfy test requirements in a concurrent paradigm such as datalogging, fail flows, Vmin searches, power/thermal.
• Leading a new local CTT team in Costa Rica (2-3 engineers).

To be considered, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience working with silicon debug/enabling, and silicon characterization experience in the areas of Scan, Array, Functional, and IO test content.
• DFT hardware and testing methods.
• Programming in one or more of the following languages: C/C++, Perl, Python, Java, VB, etc.
• Advanced English level.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
