Job Summary
The Customer Success Delivery Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support from us. As part of our Implementation Team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating project resources, and delivering high-quality product solutions that meet customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Leads the Implementation team to validate scope, and to validate customer and Syniverse specific tasks and deliverables for existing product solutions that are categorized as small to medium size in complexity.
- Gathers site and customer-specific information to validate and produce a project plan specific to the implementation effort.
- Identifies, tracks, and reports on all issues during the implementation process to ensure timely resolution and minimize project risk.
