**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controls Testing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the ICFR Controls Testing Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of testing methodologies for critical financial key controls across Experian's Global business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing controls testing plans, communicating and agreeing gaps in controls with stakeholders, and monitoring risk management processes. Additionally, you will support the Controls Testing Manager in developing testing methodologies, risk universes, and integrated reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute controls testing plans and communicate gaps in controls to stakeholders
- Support the Controls Testing Manager in developing testing methodologies, risk universes, and integrated reporting
- Coordinate review process with key stakeholders and manage control testing senior analysts (local and overseas)
- Review quality of work performed and ensure alignment with assurance testing methodology
- Presents results to senior management to get buy-in and agreement to action
Qualifications:
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- 4+ years of experience in an audit and accounting firm
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
