The Business Analyst Supplier Management role is a vital position within Citi's Technology team, responsible for facilitating effective communication between business users and technologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define system scope and project objectives through thorough research
- Analyze client needs and document requirements using business analysis procedures
- Evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures or precedents
- Create reports, metrics, and presentations to inform stakeholders
