**Key Responsibilities**
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop targeted digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives, identify key audiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals align with overall marketing strategy.
- Campaign Execution: Launch and manage campaigns, oversee content creation, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia assets, and optimize conversion rates, manage daily budgets, and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and ROI, conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness, and continuously adjust campaigns based on performance data and emerging trends.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
- Proven success in managing and optimizing online campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Everflow, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, and Trello.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
