Demand Planner

As a Demand Planner at Pfizer, you will be responsible for planning and executing demand and supply strategies in partnership with our commercial team. This includes leveraging digital technologies to analyze data and provide value to the business, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve supply continuity and inventory optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate demand forecasts for assigned product portfolios using commercial insights and statistical models.
- Partner with commercial and finance teams to align unit and financial forecasts and ensure clear rationalization for gaps.
- Co-lead or lead local S&OP processes for medium to large size markets with medium to advanced portfolio complexity.
- Deliver continuous improvement of demand planning/S&OP processes and inventory deployment/optimization.
- Manage and communicate supply issues to internal and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of experience in supply/demand planning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics systems.
- Experience identifying improvements/opportunities for cost reduction within the supply chain.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional team projects.
- Experienced with digital tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
