About the Position
TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team seeks an experienced professional to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Manage high-volume marketing programs supporting global stakeholders across multiple businesses.
- Collaborate with other marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure optimal customer experience throughout the buyer's journey.
- Analyze customer data to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Deliver high-quality content for TE distribution partners to maximize value and contribute to overall success criteria.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing required. At least five to seven years of marketing experience is required. Previous global experience is required. Experience in B2B, electronics, or technology as part of a multi-national business preferred. Familiarities with AA, AEM, Eloqua, and Salesforce are preferred.
