**Job Overview**:
Citi is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Professional to join our team. As a Senior Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct moderately complex audits, including drafting reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- Develop effective relationships with business leaders to ensure a strong understanding of their operations
- Identify and assess emerging risks, and recommend solutions to mitigate them
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop audit processes improvements, including automation routines
- Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy in decision-making
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and other team members
**Requirements**:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in auditing or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate and influence
- Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Effective influencing and relationship management skills, with ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
- Advanced English language proficiency
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
