We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Planning and Reporting Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of success in a senior finance analyst or similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to support the America End market, developing new initiatives across the P&R function for the America Market, and combining good accounting knowledge with communication skills and solid forecast and planning knowledge.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a senior finance analyst or similar roles with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Working knowledge of accounting and planning software, such as SAP.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.

- Rational decision making and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
