In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with renowned hotels and resorts, crafting extraordinary interior designs that enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications in Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details for luxury hotel projects.
- Generate comprehensive design documentation in Revit, covering all phases (SD, DD, CD), including specifications and schedules.
- Create and develop Families in Revit to support design initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in high-end hotel interior design projects.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories tailored for luxury hospitality environments.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A portfolio showcasing your contributions to hotel design projects is essential.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with projects executed in California (USA) is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely while managing multiple projects effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding quality.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
