Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Trust & Safety Specialist to join our global team. This role will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to prevent violating content from appearing on Prime Video and ensuring customers can make informed viewing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations through content review and data labeling activities.
- Influence and execute the compliance strategy and drive the operations roadmap with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall PV user experience.
- Research and stay up to date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas.
- Participate in content calibrations.
- Review controversial video content in line with PV's community guidelines.
- Participate in on-call emergency escalation rotation as well as after-hours and weekend duty when necessary.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and have the ability to critically evaluate and analyze large datasets.
