About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Systems Expert to join our team. This individual will work at our Remote Operations Center (ROC) and be responsible for monitoring and maintaining complex building automation systems in a large-scale multi-purpose complex.
The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be part of a 24/7 team that monitors all aspects of a building's temperature and humidity and is capable of calibrating, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of electronic/pneumatic control devices throughout the sites HVAC system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain complex building automation systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues.
- Identify and correct safety-related issues.
- Perform independent equipment evaluations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience as a BMS technician/Engineer or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial control systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
