Talent Sourcing Expertise

The Talent Sourcing Expert will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across multiple locations. This individual will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand position requirements and develop targeted job descriptions
  • Manage market messaging to attract top talent and increase applicant flow
  • Provide market data and intelligence to support recruitment and hiring decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and external partners

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings and social media recruiting
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to sell open roles and positively present to potential passive candidates
