**Role Overview**

The Senior Director, Regional Delivery Lead AMERICAS and Global Recruitment Operations will co-lead the implementation of the Regional and Global Employee Experience strategy.

This involves the development of structure and road maps to evolve and transform the Global organization through digital platforms and solutions, improved ways of working, following the Enterprise Services promise to make things simpler, better and faster.
