Job Summary
We are seeking an Accommodations Specialist to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott. As an Accommodations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
Key Responsibilities
Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type, verify availability, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. Accommodate and document special requests, answer questions about property facilities and services, and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, no related work experience required. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
