About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Custom Risk Investigations (CRI) team. The role involves working with large datasets, analyzing data using SQL, and generating insights to reduce financial fraud, chargebacks, and other types of financial losses.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in writing SQL queries, proficiency in working with spreadsheets, and experience in creating dashboards. Additionally, they should be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and have a strong problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing databases using SQL to review earner, spender, and merchant metrics
- Generating actionable insights to reduce financial fraud and other types of financial losses
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Expertise in writing SQL queries for large data interpretation
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and graph and pivot table creation
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and written in English
- Experience in creating and optimizing manual review queues is a plus
