We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our CF Core Enterprise team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing information systems that meet the needs of our users and align with the overall architecture of our organization.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Analyzing new and evolving business requirements and mapping them to technical requirements.
- Identifying data needed to model business requirements and developing data architecture to support the requirements.
- Designing and developing user interfaces to meet user requirements.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Developing unit tests and automated test cases to validate code quality before handing over to quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Working with contingent workforces in other countries/geos to drive their work and quality.
- Collaborating with peers across other IT groups to complete initiatives for broader Intel goals.
- Reducing the technical footprint of APT.
**Qualifications:*
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field with 7+ years of relevant industry experience or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
- 4+ years of experience in developing IT solutions in Supply Chain Management areas, including Order Management, SAP E-Commerce, Web Services, and Integration.
- Advanced level of English.
**Preferred qualifications include:**
Packaged and Open-Source Software (SAP SCM, SAP ECC, ABAP Development) experience, including ABAP OO development, Script, Smart Forms & Adobe Forms, Classical & Interactive Reports, List & Grid Reports, Report & Dialog Programming, BAPI & BADI's, User Exits & Enhancements, RFC, BDC, LSMW, Module Pool, Function Module, Procedures, Tab Strip Controls, Dynamic Internal Table, ALE/EDI/IDOC, Workflow, Web-Dynpro, and SAP PI/PO.
