Experian is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICFR Compliance Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of the ICFR Controls Testing Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance and compliance of internal controls within Experian's Global business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying key risks and influencing improvements in the control environment, as well as collaborating with Data Analytics teams to identify opportunities for converting manual testing into analytics-based testing and continuous assurance activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key risks and influence improvements in the control environment
- Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to identify opportunities for converting manual testing into analytics-based testing and continuous assurance activity
- Support the Controls Testing Manager in developing testing methodologies, risk universes, and integrated reporting
- Present results to senior management to get buy-in and agreement to action
Qualifications:
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- 4+ years of experience in an audit and accounting firm
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
