Our Mission
At Roam Wild Travel, we aim to deliver exceptional travel experiences tailored to the needs of our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Travel Design & Operations team as an Admin Assistant.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Travel Designer to develop written itinerary files for client trips;
- Confirming departure times with vendors and updating data in Excel spreadsheets;
- Managing RWT's social media presence on Instagram and Facebook;
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Formal education in Travel or Tourism (an asset);
- Fluency in English writing and speaking;
- Quick thinking and excellent problem-solving skills;
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook);
- Experience working remotely (an asset);
- Experience working in the tourism industry;
- A high level of attention to detail, organization, and time management skills;
