Main Responsibilities:
- Review and classify content to ensure compliance with client policies
- Escalate sensitive or graphic content to your line manager as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information securely
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Basic computer skills and typing accuracy (25+ WPM)
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stress tolerance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
