**About the Role:**

The Revenue Recovery Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely payment from customers by performing various tasks such as following up on outstanding invoices, communicating with customers, and escalating disputes to the credit team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure timely payment from assigned customers
• Complete daily worklists and follow established collection strategies
• Timely document and escalate unresolved disputes
• Prepare reports on delinquent accounts and related collection efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2-3 years of experience in collections or a related field
• Technical degree or equivalent education
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
