The Enterprise Operations & Technology Chief Operating Office (EO&T COO) is a driving force in delivering value to our organization, our businesses, regulators, and stakeholders. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to support business communications and graphic design through various projects. Your primary role will be to produce high-quality design work, including presentations in a range of formats, such as concept designs, draft and final page layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, typography, infographics, and asset creation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Produce high-quality design work, including presentations in a range of formats.
  • Work alongside communications team members on design projects.
  • Manage internal websites and Sharepoint sites, including coordinating and implementing ongoing maintenance.
  • Identify emerging trends in web and digital marketing and develop strategies to effectively implement approved communication platforms.
  • Serve as a communications/engagement advisor to partners within EO&T COO to ensure deliverables and initiatives adhere to Citi standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience using data to tell a story and make visually compelling presentations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including creation of visuals through PowerPoint, Excel, and Sharepoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and InDesign.
  • Strong working knowledge of Citi branding and style guidelines.

**Qualifications:**

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, working on financial presentations, infographics, brochures, and other materials.
  • Updated portfolio focused on graphic design work in a single PDF file or web-based portfolio showcasing primarily samples of slides/decks, layouts, booklets, posters, banners, logos, illustrations, or similar.
  • Ability to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in an all-English business environment.
