Role & Responsibilities

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you'll be the host of fun, engaging team-building activities, social impact experiences, and events that support great causes. Your role will involve welcoming, engaging, and inspiring participants while facilitating in-person events with nonprofits.

Key Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Based in Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica, or nearby areas
  • Availability to work on a contract per-event basis
  • Comfortable interacting with groups and individuals
  • Easy conversationalists with a charismatic personality and sense of fun
  • Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar professions
  • Experience in group facilitation and managing dynamics
  • High energy, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills
