About the Role

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive meaningful cost allocation for product profitability and variable margin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end cost close processes for EES: GL Details
  • Support forecast period (MMC) and budget: Understand variances from Month End and communicate
  • Manage monthly/quarterly reporting: EBIT waterfall/bridge, MINT (Reporting tool)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Master's in Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, or related Master's degree considered as a plus
  • Strong business partnering skills with a focus on customer service and responsiveness
