Global Centre Training Development Consultant

If so, we'd love to hear from you As a Global Centre Training Development Consultant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that develops and implements training programs that unlock the potential of our talent.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the ability to create engaging and interactive training experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying training needs, developing training curricula, designing assessments, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs by role, level, and skills needed within Product and Engineering
  • Develop standardized product, engineering, and agile training curriculum
  • Design assessments to measure proficiency
  • Create training OKRs/KPIs for the Global Centre
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Make recommendations for improvement based on evaluation findings

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Knowledge and implementation experience in instructional design
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and web delivery tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, advanced organizational skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Learning Platforms, and PowerBI
  • Undergraduate degree; ideally an advanced degree, relevant training and certification in Education, Training, Instructional Design, HR, or related field
