**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Measurement Systems Specialist to join our team at Philips. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to manufacturing and design areas in the development of appropriate measurement methods.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement new measurement methods to ensure compliance with quality regulations (ISO 17025, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820 GMPs).
- Analyze existing measurement methods to identify areas for improvement.
- Execute training programs as required to ensure that all relevant personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Support additional non-standard metrology requests as part of product development and root cause investigations.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in ME, EE, IE, or other relevant field with 4+ years of experience in Metrology, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create schedules, presentations, graphs and charts, etc.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Minitab software proficiency.
- Windchill software proficiency.
- Design of experiments (DOE) expertise.
