The Role: Senior Process EngineerThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned process engineer to join our team as a Senior Process Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, streamlining operations, and enhancing customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in projects aimed at improving current treatment planning operations and identifying more efficient processes.
- Leading and participating in project pipeline discussions to optimize resource allocation.
- Analyzing current state operations through data analysis, process mapping, and other methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
- Improving workflows to reduce waste, inefficiencies, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in industrial/SW engineering, math, statistics, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and guide others to successful project completion.
- A self-starter mindset with minimal supervision requirements.
