Job DescriptionThis role involves exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced business environment where you'll work closely with multiple functions, including analytics, product management, customer engagement, and client account management teams based in California and Costa Rica.
You'll be responsible for regular reporting and monitoring of key performance metrics versus targets for cards and loans offerings, creating new reporting to highlight new metrics, and tracking revenue-generating initiatives for North America leadership.
Additionally, you'll maintain a strong control environment while helping the business be nimble and efficient in decision-making and execution.
Your responsibilities will include ownership of revenue and cost reporting, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and contributing to the annual Strategic Plan by creating 5-year revenue forecasts.
You'll also prepare slides and supporting documents for major finance processes, including quarterly performance review meetings, and deliver on ad hoc requests from different functions within the business or regional/global leadership.
