Job Description
As a Senior Quality Assurance (Automation) professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects through automated testing. You will work closely with our team to analyze and evaluate automation tools, guide and coach team members, and evaluate improvements to update current automation framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate automation tools for different projects
- Guide and coach team members on the automation process
- Evaluate improvements to update current automation framework
- Perform QA tasks with minimal guidance
- Plan, conduct, and direct projects or major phases
- Analyze and understand requirements and design specifications
- Communicate test results, issues, and risks to project teams
- Create comprehensive test plans and scripts
- Maintain traceability matrix documents and checklist documentation
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing
- Develop test design documents and plan test activities
- Create defect tickets and track issues
- Report creation and related metrics
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering
- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance - Automation
- 1+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies for software development
- 3+ years of experience working with local and offshore teams
- Knowledge and experience automating with Selenium, Cucumber, Ruby, Cypress, and Javascript
- Proficient skills in programming in Java, Javascript, and Python
- Knowledge and experience in Object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Knowledge and experience in Page Object Model
- Experience working on Git (Bitbucket)
