Your Role

The ISF agent plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth import operations by accurately filling out customs documents and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone or electronic means.
  • Maintain effective communication skills to address queries and concerns.

  • Achieve productivity and quality targets.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:45am to 4:45pm. Off days include Sunday and Monday.

Requirements

  • Intermediate English proficiency (written and oral).
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Proficient typing skills (25wpm).
  • Ability to work overtime or on holidays.
