**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and nurturing Partner relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the relationship between us and our sellers, working closely with Partners to understand their needs and requirements, and providing guidance and support to ensure their success working along with REPS & Co.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop, implement, and execute purchasing tickets for the company
- Collaborate with our pricing team to closely manage the selling of our inventory
This role requires a hands-on mentality, capable of executing under pressure, with analytical proficiencies to derive insights from large and complex sets of business data. You should have a strong personal interest in stock market and gaming, be technologically savvy - capable of working quickly on a computer with limited mistakes, and have the ability to defend pricing process or guidance against strong arguments.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Purchasing high volume tickets in the entertainment industry that meet very specific qualifications
- Conducting research and aggregating all relevant data to devise investment strategies
- Growing total gross margin dollars by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values and margin rates
- Presenting pricing analysis with insights, trends, and suggestions for our pricing team
- Assisting R&D efforts of the development team with market views and feedback
- Performing other duties as assigned
