Job Summary

At Marriott International, we're looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Guest Environment Experts. These individuals will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotels, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • No high school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
