Job Overview

The role of the Banking Operations Team Leader at BAT is a critical position within our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team responsible for processing ad-hoc requirements related to banking operations, executing key performance indicators, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process ad-hoc requirements related to BO process.
  2. Execute necessary KPI's follow during the month.
  3. Evaluate and adjust workload allocation to ensure timely processing of payments.
  4. Coordinate month/quarter/year end activities to ensure completion of close activities on time.
  5. Serve as escalation path to resolve Banking Ops issues.
  6. Lead the team and be a key resource, directly overseeing a team member.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in BO processes.
  • Experience supervising and leading teams.
  • Problem solving and attention to details.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Medium/Advanced knowledge in transactional platforms (ERP, SAP).
  • MS Office - Medium/Advanced level.
  • Communicate with peers, managers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Negotiate and propose new deadlines aligned with expectations.
