Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics & Process Support Analyst to support our Advanced Materials Division located in San Jose, Costa Rica. This role will report to the Inventory and Logistics Manager and provide critical logistics and administrative support to plant, shipping warehouses, Customer Service, and Purchasing groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistics/administrative support for plant, shipping warehouses, Customer Service, and Purchasing groups
  • Manage all areas of the Advanced Materials Americas Logistics and provide in-depth freight analysis
  • Provide system support in OBIEE and SAP
  • Identify and deliver freight savings with carriers and divisional team
  • Complete all reporting for the division on freight cost and revenue recognition
  • Assume first-line support regarding Customer Service freight escalations
  • Drive operational processes to improve and maintain master data accuracy
  • Responsible for quality/service complaints administration, KPI control, and audit support by conducting monthly off-site inventory assessment and reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • 2-5 years of logistics experience, plus 2-5 years of carrier analysis experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Strong knowledge of OBIEE Reporting
  • Knowledgeable on land-, sea-, and air-freight processes, incoterms, and carriers
  • Process-driven with strong problem identification and resolution skills
