About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the CMA CGM Group's development by leading HR initiatives that foster a positive social climate and drive business growth.

You will be responsible for operationalizing Group HR policy, including recruitment, internal mobility, promotion, succession planning, salary management, and disciplinary processes.

A key aspect of this role is advising and supporting managers on HR, organizational, social, and managerial topics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Anticipate, identify, retain, and optimize human resources to support CMA CGM's development.
  2. Implement policies, processes, and tools to innovate and develop HR practices.
  3. Manage labor relations within their scope, including negotiations with trade unions.
  4. Ensure payroll and staff administration are aligned with legal rules.
  5. Monitor quantitative and qualitative headcount evolution in their scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Risk management knowledge.
  • Knowledge of legal and/or regulatory frameworks.
  • Pedagogical communication skills.
  • HR development expertise.
  • Labor relations management experience.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with hygiene, safety, and environmental rules.
