About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Contact Center Analyst. This role involves providing top-notch support to employees through various communication channels, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Be the first point of contact for employees when they call or raise a ticket to GBS
  2. Provide correct guidance and information to end-users based on KPIs and company policies
  3. Record all interactions with end-users in the system, adhering to established processes
  4. Troubleshoot end-user issues and offer guidance and assistance as needed
  5. Redirect cases to the appropriate resolver groups when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • MS Office - Medium / advanced level
  • English - at least B2
  • Experience with MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel or another database
  • Good communication skills and excellent customer service
