About the Role

The Intermediate Finance Reporting Analyst will play a crucial part in the generation, analysis, and submission of financial reports. This position requires close collaboration with the Financial Reporting Team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the analysis and submission of reports to various stakeholders (regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting
  • Collaborate with the team to close the books and sub-ledgers, including passing required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period
  • Deliver financial and management reporting, planning, and analysis, metrics, monitoring, and forecasting
  • Develop business requirement documents, review test scripts, and interact with business partners to ensure successful migrations of key technology releases
  • Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary
  • Contribute to the implementation of workflow or process change and redesign
Essential Qualifications
  • 5 years of previous experience
  • Advanced English level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
