We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Lonza. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for optimizing our order-to-cash processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in process improvement and a strong understanding of order-to-cash processes. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to minimize disruption.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and drive broad change in systems and processes to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Sales organization to influence and work across functions on the End to End Order to Cash process.
- Identify and support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in Cash Application and Credit & Collection processes.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) certification.
- At least 2 years of Finance experience in a Shared Service Center environment.
