**Job Summary:**
Auxis's Digital Transformation practice is dedicated to helping clients overcome operational and back-office inefficiencies through the use of digital technologies and automation.
As a Digital Transformation Senior Consultant, you will lead small workstreams on consulting engagements and contribute to large-sized consulting projects.
Digital Transformation Sr. Consultants are responsible for problem-solving, hypothesis-based recommendations, stakeholder communication, and team coordination for the engagement.
Digital Transformation Sr. Consultants are responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and ownership of high-quality deliverables and outcomes
- Execution of business process analyses and deliverable creation in support of client engagements
- Contribution to the company culture by demonstrating our core values and driving positive client outcomes
- Support for the management of project plans, risk management, stakeholder communication using a structured delivery methodology (e.g., waterfall, agile, Kanban)
- Collaboration with diverse teams to identify the best implementation and change plan
- Exhibition of proficiency in conducting business-technology assessments, developing well-thought recommendations and roadmaps
- Conducting UiPath-based assessments for automation opportunities and assisting in the oversight of automation implementations
- Conducting analytics-focused maturity and gap assessments and devising plans and roadmaps for solving gaps and eventual implementation of analytics dashboards and supporting tools
- Experience in solving business problems through the use of technology enablers
- Communication with poise, impact, empathy, and logic
- Nurturing high-trust relationships with clients and team members
- Comfort with uncertainty and adaptability to changing expectations and demands
- Display of intellectual curiosity, development of a leadership style, and creation of a personal brand

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience with a mixture of consulting and industry experience
- Experience working in teams in Agile and Scrum methodologies using industry-standard tools preferred
- Experience with full-cycle software implementation projects is preferred
- RPA Automation or UiPath-specific experience nice to have
- Experience working with analytics, dashboards, and visualizations, nice to have
