About this Job
This job involves developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on cross-functional KPIs to ensure effective execution, integration and performance of the new IBP process.
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in working collaboratively with multiple vendors, leading complex projects - project management, stakeholder management and influencing skills, managing infrastructure services delivery, support and excellence, working in global IT function with regional or global responsibilities in an environment like Mondelez International, working with IT outsourcing providers using frameworks such as the IT Infrastructure Library, working with internal and external teams and leading when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions
- Develop, implement, monitor and report on cross-functional KPIs to ensure effective execution, integration and performance of the new IBP process
- Drive/sustain change within the organization through stakeholder management, develop/implemement organizational-wide training sessions and oversee IBP processes and meetings
- Benchmark internal and external best practices to identify and implement continuous process improvement/effectiveness initiatives
- Participate in shaping supply and demand planning strategies, capabilities and processes to improve IBP integration and performance
- Build system which result in a 24 month global forward looking business plan and manage vendors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management is a must. MBA is preferred. Experience in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) of 8-10 years. Experience in the food/fast moving CPG industry. Advance English level is a must.

Additional Information
