Sales & Business Development Role
This full-time role is a key position in our Sales & Business Development department, where you will play a critical part in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Critique customer specifications to ensure they meet business needs.
- Develop and execute project plans, including program flows, with an emphasis on mortgage, housing, and property data solutions.
- Develop mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
- Assess and select appropriate resources for program delivery.
- Makes technical decisions on project direction and program processing using modeling specifications and techniques with advanced decision tree segmentation.
- Serve as project manager for program scheduling, operational personnel, and departments.
- Conduct final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
- Manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
- Assess client business requirements, position company products and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and share information with internal and external clients.
- Support other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and process program billing.
- Provide technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2-4 years) in Customer Service related field.
- Good knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms, and processes.
- Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles.
- Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
- Excel Intermediate Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Good understanding of FCRA and Experian business rules relative to CPMS batch products and services.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of all CPMS batch products and services.
- Coding experience preferred.
