About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of fast-paced transactions related to EDM inputs processes and tasks needed to achieve contractual SLA/KPIs and client expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused service to external and internal clients.
- Be responsible for processing high volumes of work assignments for several regions.
- Ensure that practices and procedures are adopted and followed as necessary.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of English and Portuguese speaker (85% fluent).
- Knowledge of HR delivery programs, such as Oracle, SAP, VIP, Workscape, Service Now, Workday, or any other ERP as client required.
- Strong knowledge in key functional processes.
- Data processing skills including use of Excel spreadsheets, reports, and databases at a basic level.
- Strong soft skills, including organizational skills, communication, time management, and ability to build effective networks.
