Job Description

In this role as Global Supply Quality Strategist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission by developing and deploying supplier quality strategies that align with our supply management and business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality performance from suppliers and mitigate related risks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and vision to drive short- and long-term objectives
  • Developing and implementing supplier quality strategies in line with supply management and business goals
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures for regulated products and processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address quality-related issues

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
  • An advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as engineering or quality management
  • Proven track record in quality, procurement, or supply chain management with 5-7 years of experience
  • Medical manufacturing experience and project management skills
