**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Financial Analyst Lead to join our team in Heredia.
The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of financial analysis models and reports, working closely with stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial analysis models and reports
- Providing analytical support to senior management on key business decisions
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver business results through others
- Driving process improvements and streamlining operations
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area, with advance experience using SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and an advance English level.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency desirable in Systems (SAP, BPC, Power BI and Micro strategy) and Microsoft Office tools
