We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Specialist to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with FDA stipulations and guidelines.
- Manage and track complaint records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide updates on the status of their complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future complaints.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, communications, or a health-related field).
- Excellent English language skills (minimum B2 level).
- 0-2 years of equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience working in an ISO 13485/FDA CFR 820 regulated environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, data analysis, and comprehensive reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
