**Job Description**

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Lead to support the Citi Global Wealth business. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to optimize decision making and deliver on financial targets.

The FP&A Senior Lead will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing investment spend and financial productivity to gain a deeper understanding of investments, outcomes, and benefits
  • Providing insightful decision support analytics to inform prioritization and funding
  • Developing enhanced governance processes around productivity actions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Services and FP&A
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and executive-level communication skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, including data manipulation

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; Master's degree a plus
