Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Demand Planning Specialist - Regional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to develop trends for supply and demand activities, articulating findings to management, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Your primary focus will be on reviewing performance metrics, gathering demand data from country, region, and account managers, and collaborating with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze backlog management and gather demand data from country, region, and account managers to contribute to demand planning.
- Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
- Review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Research and analyze priority projects within established guidelines.
- Communicate requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
Requirements:
- FIRST LEVEL UNIVERSITY DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE.
- TYPICALLY 2-4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SUPPLY CHAIN FUNCTION.
- DEMONSTRATED UNDERSTANDING OF SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESSES (PLAN, SOURCE, MAKE DELIVER).
- STRONG ANALYTICAL AND DATA MODELING SKILLS.
- STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS; MASTERY IN ENGLISH.
