**Job Description**

The Senior Automation Developer will work closely with the PE team to automate business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and leading the delivery of robotic process automation and automation use cases.
  • Analyzing business problems, developing automation solutions, and supporting project lifecycles.
  • Supporting the overall design and implementation of automations.
  • Assessing the feasibility of automation from business process requirements.
  • Conducting code and process reviews to ensure high-quality output.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Programming Engineering, Technology, or a relevant RPA certification.
  • 1-3 years of experience implementing, maintaining, and improving RPA solutions using UiPath or BluePrism.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (plus).
  • Experience working in Agile environments and translating business needs into business requirements.
  • Familiarity with Process Mining, NLP, Computer Vision, and automation test suites.
  • Proficiency in Java, C#, Microsoft Technologies (VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services), and other scripting languages (e.g., Python, PERL, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
  • Knowledge of databases like SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders.
